Get Cooking Kit
Complete the "Core Plants" achievement to unlock the Cooking Kit for free.
Cook Meals
Use the Cooking Kit to prepare cooked meals from your crops.
Feed Sam
Hold cooked food and talk to Sam at the Seed Shop to see the "Feed" option.
Unlock Shop
Build friendship to unlock the second tab with rare seeds like Cocomango.

Open Achievements
Press the achievements button in the game menu
Find Core Plants
Look for "Core Plants" under Common Achievements
Complete Achievement
Grow basic crops to unlock the Cooking Kit
Cooking Process
Place Cooking Kit
Place the Cooking Kit in your garden
Add Ingredients
Add up to 5 crops (mutations increase cooking time)
Wait & Collect
Wait up to 20 minutes and collect your cooked meal

How to Feed Sam
Hold Cooked Food
Make sure you're holding the cooked meal in your hand
Talk to Sam
Go to the Seed Shop and interact with Sam
Click Feed
The "Feed" option will appear when you have cooked food

Check if you've already fed Sam today (24-hour cooldown)
Problem: Can't Get Cooking Kit
Complete Achievement
Make sure you've completed the "Core Plants" achievement
Check Inventory
Look in your inventory or garden items for the Cooking Kit
Restart Game
Try restarting the game if the achievement didn't register
