How Chaotic Haunting Works:
Every ~40 minutes, Headless Horseman targets level 50+ unmutated pets and performs a Chaotic Haunting that resets them to level 1 but adds powerful mutations:
Resets targeted pets from level 50+ back to level 1, but they gain mutations
Adds one of four mutations: Dreadbound, Soulflame, Spectral, or rare Nightmare (6-12% chance)
